APA Style consists of guidelines published within the 6th edition of The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association.

The APA style is used to cite sources when doing research in the social and behavioral sciences - psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics, and political science. 

Copies of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (6th edition) are available at the campus libraries.
