The Benefits of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
All FSCJ employees, including part-time employees, and their family members are covered by Health Advocate which is FSCJ’s contracted EAP provider. While many employees only think of EAP as a counseling service, Health Advocate provides an array of additional services including resources for financial and legal concerns, childcare, eldercare or parenting issues. Health Advocate services are free and confidential. They are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week at (877) 240-6863 or answers@HealthAdvocate.com.
