The surveys included here were created for the ACRL Project Outcome for Academic Libraries. FSCJ has volunteered to participate in a field test during September and October 2018. According to the instructions, "These are immediate surveys, intended for distribution right at the end of a program or other interaction." There are seven surveys, each designed for a specific activity or service area. Please choose the survey that best fits your needs.
