Canvas: Useful LibGuide "Boxes"

This guide will help faculty find resources about the Canvas migration and how to link to library content within their Canvas course.

Adding a LibGuide Box in Canvas

Canvas allows instructors to add a LibGuide, database, or a content box using the tool option for "Library Research Guides."  This page contains some useful content "boxes" that you can add to your course. For information on how to add content boxes see video on the "Link to LibGuides and Databases" tab.

You can also import LibGuide content into your course from Canvas Commons.  Search for the "Library and Learning Commons Canvas Tools" module and import helpful boxes for searching the library catalog and Live Chat with a librarian!
