PrepSTEP for Community Colleges
PrepSTEP has skill-building resources in English, math, and science, career licensing test prep, workplace skill building, basic computer skills tutorials, college success skills development, Spanish language resources, and much more organized in "Centers". Faculty can embed PrepSTEP for Community Colleges into Canvas courses. Click the link below for more information:
Brainfuse Faculty Dashboard
Brainfuse is the college's online tutoring platform. The Faculty Dashboard feature in Brainfuse allows faculty to refer students for online tutoring. The video linked below demonstrates how to assign an online tutoring task:

Webex Enabled Classrooms
Each campus has been equipped with a Webex enabled classroom to teach students in both a face-to-face and virtual modality. Faculty members are either assigned to teach a course in these classrooms or may schedule personal meetings. The Academy for Teaching and Learning
The Academy for Teaching and Learning is a committee of faculty across campuses and disciplines dedicated to the professional growth and development of Florida State College at Jacksonville’s faculty. Our program is unique in that it is led by faculty, for faculty.
