H.O.P.E. Food Pantry
The FSCJ H.O.P.E. (Helping Out People Every Day) Food Pantry serves students by providing food and educational programs. The pantry provides students anonymous access to free non-perishable food products. The Downtown Campus H.O.P.E. Food Pantry is located in Room C-124 (101 W. State St., Jacksonville, FL 32202) and the South Campus H.O.P.E. Food Pantry is located in Room D-116 (11901 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32246).

Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS)
Full-time, 3/4 time, and part-time students may be eligible for the CCAMPIS grant to help cover the cost of childcare at one of the partnered facilities. The grant was created to provide child care at a low cost to FSCJ students and to support students' development while they complete their academic pursuits. To learn more, visit the Web page:
Grant Programs
There are a number of grant programs that may provide assistance to students pursuing studies in targeted workforce areas. FSCJ’s Workforce Education department supports a variety of grant programs that are focused on training individuals for emerging, high-demand and high-growth jobs. The training provided through these grant programs is designed to help build critical technical and vocational skills that will connect students with career opportunities in a range of growing industries.

Report It!
FSCJ faculty, staff, and students play a role in promoting the safety and well-being of our community. The page provides guidance to assist college community in selecting the appropriate reports/requests. Use of this form ensures that various concerns are routed to appropriate college personnel. Below is a summary of the reporting options included on Report It! Please click the link under the report or request you would like to submit.
Students of Concern
Complete the Care Report form when a student exhibits behaviors of concern such as depression, anxiety, disorientation, alcohol and drug addiction or thoughts of harming self, and could potentially be a risk to self and others. If you submit a CARE Report, you may be contacted for additional information or follow up. Submit a CARE Report.
Accommodations Request (STUDENTS ONLY)
If a diagnosed or possibly undiagnosed disability could be negatively affecting your academic performance, request accommodations by completing this form. Submit an Accommodations Request.
Title IX Report
Complete this form to report an alleged act of gender discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual misconduct (including sexual assault, rape, stalking, relationship violence, dating and domestic violence, and sexual exploitation). Submit a Title IX Report.
Early Alert Report
Complete this form to report academic concerns or college transition concerns which may impact a student’s academic experience. This could include frequent absences, lack of preparation, or poor performance in the classroom. Submit an Early Alert Report.
Student Conduct Report
Complete this form when a student has demonstrated an act or behavior that impairs, interferes with, or otherwise disturbs or obstructs the orderly functions, and/or interests of the entire FSCJ community. Submit a Student Conduct Report.
Academic Honesty Report
Complete this form to report when there has been an incident of cheating or plagiarism on class work including assignments and tests. Submit an Academic Honesty Report.
Ombudsman Report
Complete this form if you, or a student you are working with, is experiencing challenges navigating college policies or processes. Submit an Ombudsman Report.
FSCJ Student Assistance Program (SAP)
This service is similar to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for FSCJ staff and faculty. Students have access to free, confidential counseling, financial and emotional support services. Click the link below to learn more.

20 West Student Housing
Set right in the heart of downtown Jacksonville in the historic Lerner Building located at 20 West Adams Street, FSCJ Student Housing offers a convenient and affordable housing opportunity for our students. Residents enjoy access to FSCJ’s Downtown Campus, dining and entertainment just steps from their front door.

JTA College Pass Program
College students can receive a promotional College Pass and ride the bus for free with just their phones from August 29th through December 31st, 2022. Students must be enrolled on a half-time or full-time basis at the time of verification. Click the link below to download the app on your phone.

JTA Connexion Transporation Service
Connexion is JTA's paratransit service, providing destination-to-destination shared public transportation for people with disabilities who are functionally unable to use fixed-route services for some or all of their transportation needs, and for people who are transportation disadvantaged (TD). Connexion customers must be certified as eligible under either the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or TD program.

Military Affairs and Veteran Services
Military Affairs and Veteran Services staff advisors assist students in academic and educational planning, career counseling and career decisions. The Military Affairs and Veteran Services division collectively works to strengthen, enhance and improve the vitality, quality and relevance of military and Veteran student education and training throughout the College, regardless of delivery modality or location.
