The FSCJ Library has access to many excellent videos on a wide variety of subjects. These videos often make great sources for research projects! Listed below is one of our most-used databases as well as a tutorial for locating it. This database has helpful tools for creating citations, linking or embedding into papers and projects, and reading the written transcripts of the videos.
Films on Demand is a digital video database for streaming educational video. It is the leading source of high-quality video and multimedia for academic, vocational and life-skills content. This vast archive currently includes almost 20,000 titles and 230,000 video segments covering thirty-one different subject areas.
You must be logged in to the Library in order to access Films on Demand.
To access Films on Demand:
Log in to MyFSCJ, and click the link for the Library and Learning Commons under Useful Links
From the Library home page, click Library Databases
In the Search for Databases box, type Films, and click on the first result.
