Consult the links here and here for detailed information on starting a podcast. Before you begin, however, you will need a PC or Mac with at least 4 GB of RAM and adequate storage space.
You will also need a mic like the one we have in our STEAM Room. Get a stand and pop filter like the ones included here if your mic doesn't have one.
In addition, you will need audio recording/editing software. One suggestion is Audacity, a free, open-source application for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
If you have a Mac or iOS device, another option is GarageBand, which comes free with new Macs and iOS devices.
