The Associate in Science in Nursing program is a combination of general education and professional courses including lecture, laboratory and clinical education components. Graduates of the program are prepared to function as entry–level practitioners and are qualified to take the National Council for Licensure Examination (NCLEX - RN) to become licensed as registered nurses (RN). Clinical rotations scheduled in area hospitals and other medical centers are part of the program, so students will graduate with experience as well as theoretical knowledge.

We offer comprehensive training on campus by medical professionals with hands-on clinical experience in a variety of hospitals and medical centers in the area.

From hospitals and physicians’ offices to nursing homes and home care, our Practical Nurse training will give you many career options. You’ll learn basic nursing and clinical skills as well as medical terminology, computer literacy and medication administration. In addition, graduates are eligible to take the National Council Licensure examination to become a licensed practical nurse.
