Summary:

The Earth Summit was held June 1992 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  This summit was the largest gathering of world leaders, who represented one hundred seventy-eight nations. Dr. Ashok Khosla, an Indian environmentalist and founder of the magazine Sustainable Development, discusses his vision for the global economy for the next ten years after the Earth Summit.
