Fulfillment notes are notes you can put on an item in Alma that will trigger a pop-up message to display if the item is checked out or returned. Examples can include “Look for 2 DVDs” in a boxed set or “Send to LTS for repair.”
1. First, enter the item’s barcode number in the Physical items search bar.
2. Click on Edit Item in the results screen.
3. In the Physical Item Editor screen, click on the Notes tab.
4. Enter your note in the Fulfillment note field.
5. Click Save at the top right of the screen.
