1. Click on the Fulfillment tab and then click on Courses under the Course Reserves section.
2. From the Course Screen, you’ll see all the courses listed. You can search for a course in the search bar, filter it using the Facets on the left hand side of the screen, or by clicking on the number in the Code column.
3. If you search for a Course, find it in the results list, click on the three dots on the right hand side of the screen, and click on Reading List.
4. On the Course’s Reading List, click on the code number in the Code column.
5. In the Edit Reading List screen, click on Add Citation, and then click Add Brief.
6. In the pop-up screen that displays, select the Citation Type and then click the Choose button.
7. On the next screen, make sure you place the new item in the Institution zone. Enter as much information as is available and desired in the Resource Information section.
8. Scroll down the page and enter information in the Citation Parameters and Item Information sections as is available and desired.
9. Click on the Save button at the top right of the screen.
10. The item you just added will be displayed. Since the Request Status is currently set to Being Prepared, click on the Set Complete button.
